As a USAF brat is has always been my privileged to vote for McCain and it was an absolute honor to vote for him when he ran for President. idk some of you need to actually WATCH and LISTEN to what John McCain has to say about Palin. He says a number of times how proud he is of her and decries the attacks from the left. What are some of you smoking? I can't find any of the polls saying he is in a tight race for the senator seat here in AZ.
Just finished Sarah's book and I like her even more and hope that she does run in the future. I don't think McCain ever had a real chance of winning in 2008 no matter who he ran against but after reading Sarah's book I think he would have done much better if he had let Sarah campaign as she wanted. Obviously McCain was jealous of her star power & the crowds she drew compared to his, what a shame. He should do the decent thing now & admit that and support her 100% in whatever she does in future.

McCain is??? granted, he's far from being ultra-conservative, but he was the party's nominee, wasn't he? as far as Sarah is concerned, without McCain choosing her for VP she'd still be anonymously fishing for salmon in AK right now! he gave her a platform, but then the campaign realized she was so shallow in knowledge that she had to be kept away from interviews! in the end, his stature and her appeal were not enough 4 a win! where's the beef?

John MC. was fair to Sarah but some of his campgaign staffs were not. I guess there was dispute between Sarah and them regarding what to say, where to campaign. I think Sarah is a strong woman with her own views. There was dispute betw. them.
