Given that so much of what is going on in DC is unconstitutional, I don't understand why conservatives aren't filing with the Supreme Court. If nothing else, doing so would slow things down until we can get the clowns out of office.

It is my understanding that in a 5 to 4 decision, the US Supreme Court in US vs New London, CT (2005) decided that the word "use" (US Constitution, Article 5, 5th Amendment;"...nor shall private property be taken for public use...") could be replaced with the word "benefit" in decisions of Eminent Domain cases. What REALLY irk's me is listening to Libs talking about fiscal responsbility and spending like drunken sailors on liberty with no care for tomorrow and THEN seeing stories about lavish WHite House parties and lobster binging.I've now lost both of my jobs not because business was really that slow but becuase business owners are cuttng back IN PREPARATION for Odrama policies.
