It might be smart if some members of Congress (during their recess) do what ON THE RECORD at 10pmis doing. We are investigating different health centers to see what really works. We (and Congress) can learn from the success of others. One hospital system in Appleton, Wisconsin, cut its costs 25 % in one year without any change in quality of care (perhaps increased the quality.) How did they ... read more
