Let me remind people: it is NOT journalism to repeat a rumor on a 140 character tweet and, in posting it, say that he or she does not believe it. We had a two hour delay out of Paris (a rudder trim issue....ugh)....and then an aborted landing in Philly which had people grabbing for the bag and the pilot telling everyone to use the bag and turn on some air to try and feel better while he tried the landing again...no, I was not one of the sick ones ......and a missed connection ....but at least back on US soil after a quick trip. I just read on line that the Atlanta Journal Constitution reported that I will be broadcasting live tomorrow from a tea party. Maybe the paper should check its facts - yes, I will be in Washington, DC tomorrow doing On The Record but OTR is at ten pm and the scheduled tea party is during the lunch hour. I am in favor of safe borders....but why are we creating a "Border Czar?" What's wrong with the people we already have? Isn't the Homeland Security Secretary supposed to do this with the help of the Drug Enforcement Agency and the ATF and the United States Attorney in the area, and the Justice Department and the FBI and our State Department etc? We have several papers delivered to our home -- one is the New York Times which arrives daily in blue plastic wrapping with New York Times written on it.
This morning we did not get the New York Times ....but did get the blue plastic New York Times ....with a Wall Street Journal in it....hhm??? a Wall Street Journal?
