Someone research this idea...if the President wants to try KSM in a civilian federal court -- why not transfer the judge to GITMO and try it there? The Oklahoma City trial was tried in Denver. The jury will most likely be sequestered anyway - so can't they go to GITMO? If that is not possible and too much pressure on the jurors to be out of USA and on US property ...how about another USA state? Montana? Or some less populated state? This trial will be an organizational nightmare in NYC - plus there is the fear it is an "attractive nuisance" for more terrorism during the trial. Can someone research this idea? This administration tends to forget that when obama took the oath of office at the inauguration--HE ACCEPTED THE JOB AND EVERYTHING THAT WAS ON THE PLATE previous and up until and including the day of his oath and he also said he would uphold the constitution of the USA.
