Today, we - ON THE RECORD at 10pm - took a quick road trip to Capitol Hill to interview two US Senators. While in the Capitol, we saw a gathering of photographers. I decided to join the crowd. Since I was late, and since I was in the back, and since I am ...yes...short...I just stuck the camera up in the air and snapped some pics. I brought the camera down to see what I had...and..well...check it out! US Senators and the Prime Minister of Israel! Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was on the Hill to have lunch with influential members of the US Senate: (note that after the lunch the PM traveled to the White House to meet with President Obama.)
That top picture of all the Senators is an excellent shot G. I like seeing all the big lens cameras at the bottom. That tells another story. It's classic American politics.
As a man of short stature (5'4") my compliments on the shots! As a daily follower of On The Record your ability to refrain from interjecting your personal political point of view is quite refreshing. Keep up the brilliant work and remember that a man who judges you by your height only shows how small he/she truly is...

I saw an interpoll shot ugly thing and then I saw the same ugly thing in a photo with my ex when she was auf ausfrizer. There was some boasting about it but it was in German and I don;t know a lick. Crap on my other stick. Hanging in the kitchen soaking up brot greese. Thats like pissing on someone/s flag. Probable enough?
Great photos, Greta. It is a good perspective for a short person.Nice thing about digital is you get to see it right away and if you don't like a particular shot you have a chance for a redo unless it may be some kind of an action shot.
I know you like pets and here is an idea for more pics. Get down to the level of your pet and shoot some pics. This give an example of how your pat may see things.

at them. I am only 5'1" and know the problems of
being in back. Us shortys use this trick of holding
the camera up and hoping for the best. You did good!!!
Greta, I found there are patterns of the WH to attack their opponents. See how they attacked JOE THE PLUMMER? They digged his past files to find out that he owed some unpaid taxes; They trashed Sarah Palin and kept her busy fighting with endless lawsuits; They pointed at FNC and asked people not to watch the show on FNC ... All these were so unpresidential ... It made me sick.
Greta, Barbara Boxer sent me an email today asking me to support her to fight C. Fiorina. I said to her: thanks but no thanks. I will either remain IND or to vote for the REPUB candidates for the next 3 years as long as he is in WH. I never trust him on most of the issues.
Your pics are great, Greta. But your Chat Forum is becoming a nightmare for people who really want to debate items. The trolls have been hijacking names and causing many problems, so it seems your Chat Forum is doomed unless you can stop the trolls who probably are paid liberals to attack us.
Greta: hi. I wonder if Obama's Muslin background made him so hesitate to send troops to AFGHANISTAN (to fight for other terrorist muslins) ... It took so long for him to make a decision. Sad for our soldiers.
