When I see stray animals like that, I want to take them home. My husband and I were on St. Thomas in the Carribean years ago and I will never forget a stray puppy, probably 4 months old, and she was so sweet. We always have regretted not taking her home with us.

The bear attack in Afghanistan appears to me to be a demonstration of the positive use of this technology or just a freak event. I would bet on the former. I think the bear was induced to attack.

These days, any animal can be either replicated on injected. They certainly have proven they can control the pituitary glands, but who knows what else. I am speculating that versions of this nano tech has been around since the 70's, but has become much more advanced. I wouldn't trust any roaming animals, snakes or spiders. Somebody has developed some pretty exotic technology. If only it could be applied for good purpose. I think our military may have intercepted tech on the ships to Hawaii
