Gretta, I have a suggestion. Why shouldn't news reporters be required to disclose their financial statements to the public. Congressmen and Senators have to make such disclosures, as do candidates for office. A free press is essential to our democracy. Therefore newscasters and reporters are vulnerable to bribes. I wouldnt put it past George Soros to bribe MSNBC "reporters". What do you think?
I don't care to ever listen to Michael Steele. He blew the NY election and he is tripping all over himself to look cool and self congratulatory. I keep hearing that the Republican party is going to change. I still see the bible thumpers trying to convert everyone. I still see the Anti-abortion seekers trying to destroy Roe vs Wade. I believe in the right to choose what is best for me and I won't give up that right by voting Republican. I didn't vote for McCain because I think he wanted to take my rights away. When is the Rep party going to wake up and get on track. This is why the Dems keep getting the power. Wake up America.

Chairman Steele, although a well educated person, does not possess the dynamic appeal and speaking ability to pull the RNC together. The RNC needs a very outspoken individual that can get up and speak to a crowd and move them--he does not do that. It requires a Sarah Palin type, not saying she is the person, that has the pazzazz to light up the people. The RNC needs spark and Steele is not capable of instilling that.
I think you ought to devote at least as much time to the majority of the Republican Senators who felt protecting Cheney and Halliburton was more important than protecting women from kidnapping, assault, gang rape and false imprisonment. Maybe a bit of time to Senator Burr (R-NC) who agrees with health insurance companies that domestic violence is a pre-existing condition also. Why run from those real news stories to this nincompoop? This is a disservice to all women, to all Americans. /s/ Brick
