Markets in Pakistan can be very dangerous. Above is a picture in a market - but we were very careful to go to a market at a time we knew there would not be crowds (during the call to prayer time when most of the people are in the Mosques.) Markets are dangerous when there are crowds since killers want to kill many....so this was a safe trip.

I do give you lots of credit to go to Pakishani market. However, I do not know that what part of Pakisthan are you visiting? Karachi is not so bad. Lahor is bad for American woman. Please eat their "Biriyani" and meat "Rezala." Ask for it they will understand. Pakisthan follow "Shariya law." Therefore you should prey to "Khuda" five times by siting on your knees.

Just a comment about that 'very brave man' in the pic with you. He opens his store everyday knowing that there are warped people willing to kill him, and many others, in their quest for an Islamic-terrorist state. A brave man indeed.
