I want to see how that kid got up into the attic in the garage without a ladder. I know he can't do it, and if he can, I take it back. He's very hyper and it's hard to believe he could stay still for 5 hours. Let them have their reality show, and the money they make will go directly to the State of Colorado to pay back the money & gas that was spent for cars & helicopters. If they don't get the reality show, the IRS should take any REFUNDS and give it to the State until the costs have been repaid. No sense in sending anyone to jail - that costs about $100 a day to take care of ONE INMATE... and the only lesson they learn is to not get caught. Mess with someone's money and they learn very fast.

I think the Sheriff is being pressured to file charges because of the financial cost of the search and rescue. It almost feels like a witch-hunt to me: people are antagonistic towards this family because they are "different." I think Meredith Viera had a calm, rational interview with the Heene family, as I think you would (unlike Geraldo,who is so opinionated to the point of being hypocritical)

No one can seem to agree with me. The people on this blog can only reply to me when the disagree with me. When I post something they can agree with, there is a strange silence. This proves that the majority (not all) on this blog are angry and negative driven people.
If someone wants to complain,start with the white boy , who was doused with rubbing alcohol, and set on fire by 4 or 5 blacks. Where was THe REV then.?? Had it been white boys that set a black boy on fire, he and Jackson would have been there.
You talk about reverse discrimination, boy us white people are fed up with it. I for one am fed up with paying for the Illegal Spanish people here. We take care of them cradle to grave. Gee Close the borders.
The real questions should be: 1.) How many crimes were being neglegted ue to law enforcement occupied with this balloon? 2.) How much helicopter fuel, man power and money were wasted? 3.) How many people at the airport had their flights delayed? All this because Mom & Dad want to be on tv.....
You know, I am not going to lie. I watched in horror for two hours thinking that little boy might fall out of that balloon at 8 thousand feet. I thought about how scared he must have been. I thought for sure that the media were not showing us all live shots because we might see a 6 year old´s death on live tv. THEN, IT TURNS OUT THAT IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN A HOAX TO GET ATTENTION??? Yeah, you bet I want charges filed! I felt sick to my stomach over that little boy, and his parents did this to us all

I would like to see charges brought against parents who ride around on their lawn tractor with their kids(with the blade running). Now there is a dangerous situation. How about the folks running weedwackers and leaf blowers with the kids 5 feet away? Jet skis, snow mobiles, dirt bikes, hunting. What happened to the woman who made the decision to breast feed her baby while driving?
