The dad doesn't even have a steady job. He looks for easy ways to make a living. I excect them to skip out now and go some where else soon and hide. They need to quit using their kids to make money.I think the wife is afraid of her husband also as well as the kids.
I am going to start a campaign and rally against people who take thier children to church on Sundays. I dont believe in church and think people who do that should be arrested and their children should go to foster care.
This is an eccentric family with a bullying temper-driven Dad. When the balloon took off and Dad was jumping, yelling and cursing, I think the kid got scared, probably with good reason, and ran to hide. I believe the boys told Dad Falcon was in the balloon to protect Falcon from the Dad. The kids and the Mom appeared restrained (scared?) on TV. I think it's good that CPS is going to investigate. The only little boy in this family IS THE FATHER. I believe Falcon's vomiting stemmed from fear.
i hope this father pays for the wheat field that was destroyed by all the emergency vehicles. These parents should be investigated! How many 6 year olds have access to an attic!
I agree that given the time of the year, the balloon shaped like a flying saucer, a mother who sounds and looks either like a moron or someone who is not proficient in English, and a question of who on earth was doing all the filming during the so-called accidental launch? Who would call the FAA instead of 9-1-1 if their kid is missing? And why was this man and his kids so 'camera ready' with hair, garments, etc. in such 'nice' condition? This act was staged IMO.
I toally agree. The boy who might weigh 30 to 35 pounds would have grounded the balloon.
Further, it is not clear how he would have entered the baloon since the balloon looks to be completely sealed.
That little kid should have been tested for drugs because he was suppose to be sleeping up stairs and daddy and mommy didn't know where he was...I think the parents knew where he was and they drug him to knock him out for the big show.
OK, I might have figured this one out. The balloon was supposed to be tethered, and they were filming it. It was supposed to go up, but be prevented from going off into the wild blue yonder. SOMEONE untied the tethers. A little boy was hiding. It could be young Falcon is the culpret, and, having untied the tethers, then hid because he knew his dad would be mad - not because the balloon flew away, but because he'd messed up the "show" his father was putting together. Just a thought:)
as i watched the first broad cast i wandered. where are the parents. a neighbor stated on t.v, that the other two boys were on top the roof filming. i wandered then where are the parents and who released the balloon. Then the next day first thing an interview. well based on the fathers temper. And the little boy stating what he did on t.v. and the next day he vomits. i wander if this little boy was under pressure from the father. I wander if the father lost his cool after the interview?
The morning after the big balloon chase and without knowledge of the Larry King interview, I thought something was fishy with this story. Here's my take. Dad is an opportunist and a bully. He created roles for his family members to play. The kids are victims; don't know about the wife.
