It is 11:49pm here in Mumbai,India ( yes, weird that time change is 9 1/2 hours). We went outside our hotel for a walk but got a bit overtaken by beggars so returned to the hotel. Security is tight here at the hotel ince Secretary Clinton staying here and the hotel was where the terrorism happened seven months ago. Secretary Clinton leaves early tomorrow for New Delhi.
