MOON SPECIAL: FRIDAY AT 10pm eastern

I don't know about you, but our moon walk (the real one) was very inspiring!! We are airing a special this Friday night at 10pm to mark the 40 year anniversary of the USA landing on the moon but I thought I would post some newspaper headlines from 1969 for you to see.  I hope you will watch!

Note, and this is odd, while most of the papers were ALL moon on the front page, a few newspapers had stories about Senator Ted Kennedy's accident and that he might be charged with leaving the scene.  The Burlington Free Press even had a picture of Kennedy's car being dragged out of the water.

I have a favorite -- the newspaper in Montreal had the word BRAVO in very large letters.  For some reason, that headline from a foreign country seemed to be the best.
