    Yesterday's Numbers

    Here are the steps from yesterday (as you know, I sent 5 pedometers to 5 GretaWire bloggers and asked them to record their steps.) I am going to end the game in a day or so.  They were not competing with each other but with themselves.  I wanted them to get into the habit of paying attention to how much they walk and perhaps changing a habit -- causing them to walk more since walking is so good for your health.  I am not an exercise addict by any means but do 30 minutes each day on a treadmill (and yes, it is so boring!)  Today we asked them to send tomorrow a paragraph or two about their experience in the last few weeks doing this game...I want to know if it was fun and if they felt better after it.  But, until we get their short write ups, here are yesterday's steps:
