Let's list why politicians quit mid term...I will get started and then you continue
1/ a better job comes along (including better political job like an appointment to a higher office)
2/ health problems (self or family)
3/ urgently need to make more money for family
4/ bored to tears
5/ SCANDAL (by far the most common reason) (indictments, affairs, investigations etc.)
...ok...post other reasons...
