This is great news!! This dog - named Freedom - has joined the Air Force to protect you (sort of.) This adorable cocker spaniel mix is named Freedom. His previous owners dropped him off at an animal shelter because they no longer had "time for him." Imagine how confused this faithful dog must have felt watching the only family he had ever known walk away forever. PetConnect rescued this special boy and he was adopted into an Air Force family. They bought Freedom a red,white and blue shirt with a #1 for the ride home.
During Freedom's first night in his new home, his family would not leave his side. They even slept next to him the so he wouldn't be lonely.We can't thank them enough for protecting Freedom.
