The traffic in Cairo is a billion times worse than the traffic even in LA. You would think the pure hell of driving with a foot on the brake (coasting is not even possible) would deter people. I am told that the traffic will be even more nightmarish tomorrow when President Obama arrives since much of Cairo will be shut down for security reasons.
