I thought for sure the race for the US Senate in Minnesota was over ....but a short time ago Senator Norm Coleman went to court to fight the latest recount results....here are the notes in our Fox computer:
Minn Republican senator Norm Coleman's attorney, Tony Trimble, just held a conference call to say that he has "commenced litigation" on steps that need to be taken in regards to the recount process for the Minnesota senate race.
