I keep hearing that Caroline Kennedy is/is not qualified to be a US Senator.
So..time for YOU to tell me: what are the qualifications for a US Senator? Post the qualifications right here!
(Frankly, I think she is qualified...which is not to say she should get the job but that she certainly could do the job. Whether she should get the job is for the Gov of NY)
