According to the Wall Street Journal, Recovery.gov reported that with the stimulus bill through September, created or saved 640,329.17 jobs. Help me...what is the .17? what is a .17 job? I understand the 640,329...but I don't get the .17.

Today we met Gov Palin at a airport in North Carolina....and I was surprised (stunned!) to see who was Gov Palin's pilot! It was Reverend Franklin Graham. I had no idea that he was with the Governor (she had had dinner with the Reverend and his Father, Reverend Billy Graham the night before.)
